Due to the food nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds can be issued.

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, no refund will be granted, including in the following cases:

• Change of mind
• Taste preferences
• Error when placing the order
• Delivery delay caused by the carrier

An issue with your order?

If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Send a photo of the product and packaging
• Include your order number
• Write to us at contact@collationscloe.com

After verification, an equivalent credit will be added to your account for a future order.

• Valid for 60 days
• Can only be used on our online store
• No physical exchange or refund
